Location: London – £100,000 – £120,000 + Bonus

Our client is an award-winning business advisory firm who are now recruiting a Transaction Services Director to be a senior member of their extremely successful corporate finance team.

The Role
Working directly with the Partners the successful Transaction Services Director will have responsibility for delivering financial due diligent reports to support and add value to acquisition, investment, and funding decisions for various stakeholders for transactions in the mid markets.

You will be responsible for critically reviewing due diligence reports, including due diligence reports written by other teams and accounting firms, and presenting to clients key findings during the due diligence process.

The role offers high-level exposure to owner managed businesses, small to mid-market privately owned and listed companies, and the successful Transaction Services Director will be expected to identify business development opportunities.

The Person
The successful Transaction Services Director should, ideally, have an established network and a strong track record of business development.

You should be ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, qualified, have at least 6 years’ financial due diligence experience within a major accountancy practice or leading boutique advisory and able to evidence your experience and success through a strong transaction sheet.

A strong work ethic, together with ability to quickly build professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and other professionals, commercial awareness, and an ability to work against tight deadlines are essential elements of the role.
