INrecruitment are seeking a Transaction Support Executive on behalf of our client, one of the most successful independent practices in London.
The role
The successful Transaction Support Executive will undertake due diligence field work and assist colleagues in providing general corporate finance and commercial advice to clients on transactions across the mid-markets.
Reporting to a senior colleague, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing data and drafting reports based on detailed financial information.
The person
The successful Transaction Support Executive will be a recently qualified ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, chartered accountant. For candidates able to evidence a strong knowledge of transaction support, previous relevant experience is not essential.
You should be an excellent communicator and be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, commercial awareness, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work to tight reporting deadlines.
