Based in London, the successful M&A Transaction Services Manager will support the further development of our client’s transaction pipeline across multiple sectors.

Our clients are looking for someone who is ACA or ACCA (or equivalent), qualified, with a background and experience in Transaction Services. You should have a strong transaction sheet and be able to evidence your experience in managing Due Diligence assignments.
An ability to conduct high-level analysis, produce meaningful documents and presentations, together with excellent team and stakeholder management skills will make you a strong candidate for this Transaction Services Manager role.

Role
The successful Transaction Services Manager will provide significant input into the drafting of Financial Due Diligence reports, identification of key issues, and support the preparation of Due Diligence proposals and other business development activities. There will also be the opportunity to support senior colleagues in client meetings and presentations.
As well as leading a team of corporate finance professionals, you will also be responsible for managing Due Diligence assignments across multiple sectors and supporting businesses looking to make new acquisitions.
