INrecruitment are recruiting a Transaction Services Manager on behalf of our client, one of the largest accountancy and business advisory firms in London and the South East.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Due Diligence assignments for a number of Private Equity clients and businesses looking to acquire companies.
The role
With a client base covering the Thames Valley and London, the successful Transaction Services Manager will provide significant input into the drafting of Financial Due Diligence reports, identification of key issues, and support the preparation of Due Diligence proposals and other business development activities.
As well as leading a team of corporate finance professionals, you will also be responsible for managing Due Diligence assignments for a number of Private Equity clients and businesses looking to make new acquisitions.
The person
We are recruiting an experienced Transaction Services Manager who is ACA or ACCA (or equivalent), qualified and with least two years’ Corporate Finance or Transaction Services experience, which must include managing Due Diligence assignments.
Together with excellent team and stakeholder management skills, and an ability to develop high-level analysis and documents, you must be able to evidence your understanding of the deal lifecycle and associated issues.
