INrecruitment are recruiting a qualified accountant with 12-24 months transaction support experience for the role of Transaction Support Manager.
Our client, a leading independent corporate finance boutique with offices in London and the Reading area are experiencing rapid growth due to the strength of their deal flow.
The role
Operating in the mid-markets and across all sectors, the successful Transaction Support Manager will utilise excellent stakeholder engagement to undertake due diligence assignments and provide corporate finance and commercial advice on the transactions.
You will support senior colleagues on large and complex assignments, whilst providing clients with excellent transaction and acquisition advice and, on less complex transactions, you will be the single point of contact for clients.
The person
The successful Transaction Support Manager will be ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, qualified with 12-24 months transaction support experience.
Although you should have experience of advising on UK private equity transactions, you should also have strong analytical skills and commercial awareness, and a willingness to work with a Partner as part of a small team working on a consistent deal flow.
You should be able to evidence exceptional communication skills, the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines and together with the ability to build sustainable relationships across a broad portfolio of clients.
