INrecruitment are working with a fast-developing practice, who have a significant presence in London and the South East, to recruit a Transaction Support Manager/Senior Manager. Our client has a clear strategy for further developing its Corporate Finance service offering by continuing to grow the team by recruiting an experienced Transaction Support/Financial Due Diligence specialist to join them as a Manager or Senior Manager.
The role
Working directly with the Partners and Directors the successful Transaction Support Manager/Senior Manager will have responsibility for mid-market transactions, across a wide variety of business sectors, and will include vendor, pre-acquisition and pre-investment due diligence, and pre-lend reviews.
High-level client exposure to owner managed businesses, small-mid market privately owned and listed companies, together with the ability to participate in Business Development initiatives are important aspects of the role.
The role also offers the opportunity to get involved in cross border deals and some advisory work, depending on workloads.
The person
The successful Transaction Support Manager/Senior Manager will be ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, qualified, have at least 4+ years of experience within Transaction Support/Financial Due Diligence and must be able to evidence their experience through a strong deal sheet.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, together with evidenced experience of Business Development, experience of research, and document writing and presentation, will make you a strong candidate for this role.
