This autonomous role of VAT Manager has been created to support this ethos, and INrecruitment are looking for an exceptional candidate for this exciting position.
The role
The VAT Manager/Associate Director will support a number of business functions across the firm, and together with the Tax Partner, provide leadership and management to VAT advisory services.
This is a client-facing role, the successful candidate being expected to conduct VAT business development, act as a point of contact for clients’ VAT requirements and support other members of the practice with general VAT enquiries. Business development and the ability to lead on VAT business development opportunities is a major element of this exciting new role.
The person
For this role, you must have manager-level experience, with a background in practice, and be able to evidence strong VAT advisory experience. A short time in industry will also be acceptable.
The successful candidate must have exceptional communication and influencing skills, the ability to engage at all levels within the firm and adopt a project management approach to assignments.
