Location: London – Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + lucrative bonus structure
Our client, an Advisory Firm within Investment Banking, are looking for an experienced VP Corporate Finance with, preferably, Investment Banking experience.
They have a fantastic reputation and are offering a unique opportunity to work autonomously and flexibly.
The role
The successful VP Corporate Finance will primarily focus on deal origination, managing the due diligence process, managing the transactions, and preparing Information Memorandums.
The role will involve working on cross-border deals and typically require one week’s travel per month to Europe, Asia, or the USA.
The person
To be considered, you must be ACCA, ACA (or equivalent), MBA or CFA qualified, and ideally from a Big 4 or a mid-tier accountancy firm.
You must have at least 8 years Corporate Finance Investment Banking experience.
The client expects candidates to have a strong financial modelling background, together with deal origination, the ability to manage transactions and manage the due diligence process.
Leading on client engagements, you will need to be an excellent communicator, dynamic, and commercially driven.
For the successful candidate long-term homeworking will also be possible, with a requirement to attend the London office as and when required.
