Due to our clients fast-paced deal flow and company development, INrecruitment are recruiting a VP Corporate Finance – TMT for our client, a market-leading entrepreneurial boutique M&A advisory business.
The successful candidate will work closely with a Partner to lead the successful delivery of sell side, buy side and fundraising transactions.
The role
The successful VP Corporate Finance will lead the preparation and co-ordination of key project deliverables, including information memoranda and business plans.
You also will provide insightful detailed industry and company analysis, financial modelling, and transaction analysis, across a broad range of clients. Building effective working relationships with clients, including leading client presentations and meetings, is central to this role.
The person
As a VP Corporate Finance candidate, you should currently be a VP, Associate Director or Senior Manager specialising in TMT, at a corporate finance boutique or accountancy firm, or at a private equity/VC house, and you must have experience in the M&A transaction environment.
The successful candidate will have experience of working on buy side, sell side and fundraising transactions, and be able to evidence your contribution to successful transactions.
